If we discover a material error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain it and offer an appropriate resolution. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will refund any payment collected for the unavailable items.

Prices and available currencies are displayed on our website. Applicable shipping charges and any taxes or duties collected by us are shown at checkout.
Prices may change, but changes will not affect an order we have already accepted unless you agree otherwise.

Orders
After placing an order, you may receive an acknowledgment confirming that we have received it. This acknowledgment does not, by itself, confirm dispatch.
We may decline or cancel an order for reasonable reasons, including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, payment failure, or a material listing error. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and any associated charges that no longer apply.
Shipping and Delivery
Estimated shipping time is 5–10 calendar days after dispatch. Order preparation time is separate from this estimate.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We will assist you with delivery issues in accordance with our Shipping Policy and applicable law.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you need to correct it, as changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Returns and Refunds
You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions in our Refund & Return Policy.
Eligible items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging, tags, and included accessories. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions.
Your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items are not limited by the change-of-mind return window.

Our fitness, training, performance, and recovery products must be used according to their instructions and intended purpose.
