Refund & Return Policy

At Enduran Lab, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If your order isn’t right for you, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving it.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, tags, and included accessories. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a change-of-mind return. These conditions do not limit your rights regarding faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products under applicable law.
How to Request a Return
Email enduranlab@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.
Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Do not send items to the address on the shipping package unless we confirm it is the correct return address.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.
If we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate resolution and cover any required return shipping costs.
Original delivery charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns unless required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible.
Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund. The 30-day change-of-mind window does not limit any statutory rights you may have.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for us to process the refund. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
If a return is not approved, we will explain the reason and discuss the available next steps with you.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, contact us to request a return. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the replacement item. Replacement availability is not guaranteed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received an approved refund, check your payment account and contact your bank or payment provider about processing times.

Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws. Where mandatory legal requirements differ from this policy, those requirements apply.
